Stronger activity and cultural interaction in Copsa Mare

The lunch at the  Parish House, with the presence of  the last priest family who had lived in it (50 years ago),  has not been a coincidence.  It happened after the restoration of the bell tower clock,  the arrival of the first groups of horse riders and bikers (copsamare.ro), the continuous incoming of tourist, and the return of many people who lived and experienced life in Copsa Mare.

Everyone is choosing its own way to participate and interact in the village life. Some offer and develop construction services, some provide other services. Others  work in agricultural and/or farming activities, others brought horses, and others entered in tourism.

Buffalo milk is back in town, cheese is being manufactured together with tasty jams and honey.

Overall the level of activity has grown and this is making the village more dynamic and active. Artisan and local producer are becoming part of the village.

Beside the positive effort of  restructuring and preserving the houses,  the opening of two new touristic activities, shows a  renewed energy in the village.

In the mean time the road to Biertan is being restored and the plan for connecting water and the sewage is in the making.
