    When are check-in & check-out times?

    On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 3pm to 9pm, at the latest. The rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the guesthouses manager.

    How do I find the guesthouse in the village?

    Arriving in the village of Copsa Mare you turn left following the sign for the fortified church. On the same road of the fortified church you keep going until leaving the church on your left hand side you pass on a little bridge. After the little bridge it is another 100 meters until on your right hand side you will be reaching the Yellow House number 146.

    Speed limit in the village is reduced to 20km/hour.

    How to confirm an online reservation?

    All booking requests made online are confirmed once proof of 30% deposit has been received. Bank deposit details are available upon checkout and sent by email.

    What are the rates for single occupancy?

    Single-occupancy bookings are 100€ per night.

    What do children pay?

    Children under 10 pay 50%. Babies and toddlers under 4 years old stay for free.

    Is VAT included in the prices?

    Final bill is exempted of VAT. There is a 1% tourism tax over accomodations.

    What if I have to cancel my reservation?

    Reservations can be cancelled according to the following:

    • 10% charge if you cancel between 60th and 30th day before arrival
    • 50% charge if you cancel between 30th and 15th day before arrival
    • 100% charge if you cancel from 15th day before arrival.

    What about meals?

    Services, breakfast and meals are centralized in CASA GALBENA (Yellow House), Copsa Mare 146, where we will welcome and look after you.

    All our food is provided by local producers and served according to traditional recipes.

    Meals should be reserved with 24 hours’ notice.

    The price is 30€ per person for dinner (with 24 hours’ notice).
