Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with the booking you accept and agree with Copsamare Guesthouses that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

Prices and deposit

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time depending on season and availability. This does not affect bookings already made.
  • Our prices are quoted in EURO (the price in RON will be calculated according to the daily Romanian National Bank rate).
  • Your price is guaranteed once you have been given the reservation confirmation and is based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • The prices are subject to 9% VAT Charges.
  • We request a 30% deposit upon reservation to confirm the booking.
  • All published rates are for 2 persons.
  • Single-occupancy tariffs apply.
  • Children under 12 years old pay half price
  • Children under 4 years old stay for free
  • 10% discount starting from third night.

Booking

Availability
  • The online calendar and availabilities of rooms are updated continuously to the best of our knowledge but Copsamare Guesthouses reserves the right to confirm/deny your reservation request as prompt as possible with further accommodation details.
  • The online reservation can only be made for a specific room. We will try as best as we can to offer you that room but we can’t make any guarantees. In case of need please enquire directly at copsamare@gmail.com.
  • For group and family bookings, please contact us directly at copsamare@gmail.com.
Confirmation
  • We request a 30% deposit upon reservation to confirm the booking.
  • A booking is confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
  • Guests are requested to check that booking details are correct and to contact us if there are any changes.
Cancellation
  • Reservations can be cancelled according to the following:
  • 10% charge if you cancel between 30th and 15th day before arrival
  • 50% charge if you cancel between 15th and 7th day before arrival
  • 100% charge if you cancel from 7th day before arrival.

Facilities

Meals

We are pleased to offer our guests the facility to dine in. Please email in advance to book an evening meal and notify us of any special dietary requirements. All meals are prepared upon request and therefore we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Without pre-ordering, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a meal on the day of arrival.

Cost is 22€ per person for lunch or dinner (4 course meal) served in our guesthouse.

Staying with children

Copsamare Guesthouses welcome children. Some of our rooms are very suitable for families.  Children under 12 pay 50%. Children under 4 years old stay for free. Babycots are available upon request.

Car parking

Car parking is free in our safe village. The cars and their contents are left at the owner’s risk and we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Guests with impaired mobility

Copsamare Guesthouses may offer modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the guesthouse in advance if their requirements can be met.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in rooms or inside public areas, outdoor smoking is permitted only showing respect for other guests and the environment (no cigarette buts on the ground).

Pets

Small pets are allowed in the guesthouses with prior arrangement. A charge of 20€ and a deposit will incur in this case. Please call Copsamare Guesthouses for details.

Arrival & Departure

  • The rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged with the guesthouses manager.
  • Arrival time is limited to 10pm. If you know that you will arrive later, please let us know via email, or call Simona at +40728371762.
  • For security and fraud reasons ALL guests are asked to present an ID upon arrival.

Payments

  • We will ask to settle the full charge of your accommodations upon arrival. Before check-out you we will sort out additional costs (including additional meals, alcoholic drinks and/or other extra facilities).
  • Bank deposit, credit card (Visa & Master) or cash are accepted as means of payment.

General

  • Copsamare Guesthouses reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions of Use and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
  • Guest Behavior: All guests are asked to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, respecting other guests, employees and the guesthouse’s property and goods. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and/or provided services and even ask guests to leave if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider that they had an inappropriate, offensive or abusive behavior. Where this is the case we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
  • Damages: We reserve the right to charge you for any damage incurred to your room or the guesthouses during your stay or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

Privacy policy

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

 

Copsamare Guesthouse will collect some personal data (Name, surname, email, telephone, address) during the (pre)booking and registration of guests.  Users will receive a copy of their (pre)booking data made online. Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking will be held on computer in order to manage the Guesthouse reservations.  We would like to hold this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers.

Information sent via the contact form or Ask Giovanna in the lateral tab are not kept in any database and just used to reply better to your queries.

Copsamare guesthouses collects general statistics, analytics and traffic data on its website use. No IP address will ever be stored or processed.

 

Who we share your data with?

 

Guest Personal information will not be shared to any other parties and are considered strictly private and confidential.

 

What rights you have over your data?

 

you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

 

You will always have to option to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
