Services, breakfast and meals have been centralized in CASA GALBENA (Yellow House), Copsa Mare 146, where we will welcome and look after you.

We are committed to locally sourced ingredients and preparations that represent the heritage of the area, aiming to provide the best authentic Transylvania cuisine. Additionally, we have two people in charge of growing our vegetables and improving our carbon footprint by shortening our supply chain. Recipes change according to seasonal availability and quality. We have nevertheless adapted some traditional recipes according to nowadays dietary requirements and international cooking techniques.

Besides our full breakfast and 3-course meals, our chef can prepare some lunches or picnics on-demand.

The price is 30€ per person for dinner (with 24 hours notice).

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
